			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>De 1 iunie m-am hotarat sa-mi fac socata. Nu e foarte complicat si iese o bautura mult mai faina decat Fanta Shokata. Ai nevoie de:</p>
<ul>
<li>un borcan/vas de 10 litri</li>
<li>8 l de apa</li>
<li>15 flori de soc</li>
<li>1150 g de zahar</li>
<li>5 lamai</li>
<li>12 g drojdie</li>
</ul>
<p>Se pun la fiert 3 litri de apa cu un kilogram de zahar si zeama de la o lamaine cam 15-20 minute, pana se dizolva zaharul si apa incepe sa clocoteasca. Intre timp se da prin razatoare coaja de la celelalte 4 lamai.</p>
<p>Se toarna apoi amestecul in vasul de 10 litri, peste care se pun inca 5 litri de apa, florile de soc si coaja de la lamai data prin razatoare. Se adauga de asemenea si zeama de la cele 4 lamai.</p>
<p>Intr-un alt vas se pun si cele 150 g de zahar ramase. Se tine pe foc pana cand acesta se caramelizeaza (devine auriu). Se adauga apoi un pahar de apa si se mai lasa pe foc pana cand se dizolva in apa. Se toarna apoi in vasul principal.</p>
<p>La final se adauga si drojdia. Se acopera vasul cu un tifon si se tine la temperatura camerei timp de 48-36 ore. Se mai amesteca din cand in cand. Socata se bea rece, de la frigider. Enjoy!</p>
